We've gifted a number of American Plaque products to members of our family. The young ones love to see their diplomas and certificates beautifully displayed and the adults appreciate the craft behind these beautiful plaques. We were pleased by the speedy turn-around time and the friendliness of the staff. Even though we took a long time making up our minds, the staff at American Plaque was patient and worked respectfully until we had completed our order. I called American Plaque because I had several articles and reviews for my bakery (Mansoura Pastries in Brooklyn NY.) . I wanted to display them in a way that would WOW my customers....and they did it. Customer service was great, they helped me coordinate a sleek background and trim color. We settled on black with a gold trim (not a tacky gold). The plaques are jewels they're polished so well you can see your reflection. I was truly impressed to see how thin and light they are for solid wood. I've had those over priced particle board plaques done by other companies and they're heavy like lead.

In all I did about 20 plaques and they were worth every penny!! I especially like the confidence new customers have when they get a glance of the wall covered in plaques made by American Plaque.

Why go to a trophy shop and pay double when I can buy factory direct; I ask myself? I used these guys to mount a couple of newspaper articles and my diploma. They did a great job and the plaques are way nicer than ones I used to buy from the local trophy shop. Customer service was top too. The guy I spoke to was great and helped me figure out what I needed. American Plaque got my order right and my customer service rep spoke English and is based in the United States.
