Instructions for calculating costs, shipping, and payment.
Multiples documents on one plaque.
Many magazines and books spreads
are on multiple pages. If you plaque two, three, four, five, six, etc. items on
one plaque, these are called 2 on 1, 3 on 1, 4 on 1, 5 on 1, 6 on 1, etc.
respectively, depending on the amount of items to be plaqued. Add $5.00 for each
additional item to be placed on each plaque. For example, for a 6 on 1 plaque,
add $30.00 to the total order.
Payment.
All orders must be accompanied by a check or money order. We do not accept credit cards. Feel free to call if you need help calculating the total cost of your custom plaque.
To ship and protect your item.
Be sure to send your item(s) in a safe, damage-proof envelope or tube to prevent damage to your documents. We can not be responsible for lost or damaged items. We highly recommend that you ship all items insured and with tracking numbers.

Shipping charges:
Add $15.00 per plaque for plaques smaller than
200 square inches is . Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the item
shipped; therefore, shipping for plaques over 200 square inches may be more. If
your plaque is larger than 200 square inches our designers will let you know the
exact shipping costs. Your finished custom plaque will be shipped to you via
USPS or UPS.
If we are not able to produce a plaque.
In rare instances, certain papers and/or their inks will not accept the plaque finish. If this happens, the item will be returned to you.

Give us a call and we can discuss and set up a certificate program for you, your business, your team or school. Single certificates or multiples are no problem.
Minimum and maximum plaque order quantity.
You can order a single plaque or thousands. No order is too big or too small.

We can plaque items as small as a business card or as large as some movies posters.

There may be shipping charges for plaques over 200 square inches. Shipping is based on the weight of the item shipped. We ship via USPS or UPS. Plaques smaller than 200 square inches ship at $15.00 per plaque.
